How Booking Works

  2. Complete a brief intake form

    This helps me understand your space, your goals, and what support would feel most helpful.

  3. We’ll confirm the details

    You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know before your session.

    That’s it. No prep required.

What Happens After You Book

Once your session is scheduled:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Your intake responses will be reviewed

  • We’ll arrive with a calm plan — even if you don’t have one

When we arrive, we’ll take a few minutes to connect, clarify priorities, and decide where to begin together.

You won’t be rushed. You won’t be judged. You won’t be expected to perform or explain your space.

About the Intake Form

The intake form is designed to support you — not overwhelm you.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with advanced notice

  • Cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee, outlined in the booking agreement

  • Details are shared clearly before your session is confirmed
